Load-In Schedule


12:30pm – 4:30pm

Load-in will be located behind resort. 
Once you pass through the gate, turn right.
Then turn left into the self parking.
Drive down the long pathway, past the pool.
This takes you to loading area behind the resort.

Please leave yourself plenty of time to unload, move the car to the parking lot, and return through the lobby, to the event space located on the back of the property.  

Your booth must be set up and ready to go by 5:30pm


*Please be courteous to the other vendors who are also loading in and keep in mind the small window in which each of you have to set up. We are all in this together!

Vendor parking is complimentary. Let guard shack know you are arriving for event. Park in public parking on left and right side of hotel.

Vendor break-down begins

*Do not break down and try to leave before 9:15pm. For Safety Protocol: All attendees must clear event space before breakdown can begin.


*Remember to pack a snack and water. No one likes a hangry exhibitor.

Important Details –

Additional tables are $20

All signage must be free standing or on easel, there is no option for hanging signage at this venue.

WIFI Options

Complimentary. Join the Margaritaville_Resort_Meeting network and enter code parrot (all lowercase)

Power Options

If you need power, you MUST let I Said Yes! know immediately so we can place your booth near a power source.  You MUST bring your own extension cords, be prepared with long cords. Also bring gaff tape if you have it.

Catering/Spirits Supplies

FOOD WAIVER REQUIRED for ALL Types of Food/Beverage/Dessert being served from your booth. Click Here for Food Waiver.

Food + Spirits Vendors! You must provide all of the materials for your booth (utensils, plates, napkins, Ice, etc.) The venue and show host will not have any supplies for you, including ice.

Trash Cans

If you are supplying food, cake, or doing beauty treatments on the day of the show OR if you think you’ll have trash accumulating at your booth, please bring your own trash can. Show trash cans are not available for private vendor use.

Ice Needs

If your product requires ice you must provide it yourself, the venue will not be available to supply ice during this event.
